We offer 2 kinds of billing cycle:

If you're on the monthly billing cycle, you are free to cancel your subscription at any time. Once you cancel your subscription you will not be charged beyond your current billing period.

However, before you leave us, we strongly recommend you to get in touch with our SellerChamp Support representative. It is highly possible that we already have the feature you're looking or we might have an alternative that will help you solve the pain point or challenge that you may be running into. Our software team is very quick to add features so we may be able to add functionality that makes your life easier. Never hurts to ask right?

If you're on an annual billing cycle, you can cancel your subscription at any time. However, refunds will be only given if the yearly subscription is cancelled within the first 30 days of sign up. After 30 days, you will not be given a refund (full or partial).

Note that all yearly subscriptions come with a 20% discount.
