From time-to-time, eBay will ask their sellers to renew their connection with SellerChamp to ensure the account is secured and only accessible by authorized platforms.
If you go into your SellerChamp eBay marketplace account settings page, you'll find your account status to be something like the image below:
This can be resolved by renewing your eBay store connection. Please follow the instructions below:
From the same page above, click on the marketplace Options button (directly across your marketplace account) and from the drop down options menu option, choose the Renew Connection (refer to image below)
We recommend logging out from your eBay account first and then renew connection from SellerChamp. This way it will require you to login again and fix the connection.
