Reason

Your SellerChamp and WooCommerce connection becomes inactive mainly because of the incorrect:

  • Store URL

  • Consumer Key

  • Consumer Secret

Basically, your SellerChamp account will require permission to access your WooCommerce website.

Resolution

Fetching the correct WooCommerce store URL from the WordPress Administration section of your WooCommerce site.

Step 1: Login to your WooCommerce site and go to the WordPress Administration section.

Step 2: Navigate yourself to the General Settings page under the Settings option from the left hand menu.

Step 3: Copy the Site Address (URL)

Step 4: Login to your SellerChamp platform and go into your SellerChamp Settings page.

Step 5: From the options on the left hand menu, under Marketplaces, select your WooCommerce marketplace. Click the options button and select the Edit option in order to find your self within the SellerChamp WooCommerce default account settings page.

Step 6: Within this page, find the Store Name and paste the URL (that was copied from your WooCommerce WordPress Administration section).

Updating the correct Consumer Key

Within your SellerChamp WooCommerce default account settings page, find the Consumer Key section and click on the How do I find my Consumer Key? link

Updating the Correct Consumer Secret

Within your SellerChamp WooCommerce default account settings page, find the Consumer Secret section and click on the How do I find my Consumer Secret? link
