Follow the below steps in order to create your Shipping Profile on Etsy directly.
Step 1: Login to your Etsy Shop Manager
Step 2: From the list of options from the left hand menu, select Settings and then Shipping settings
Step 3: On this page, navigate yourself into the Shipping profiles page
Click on the + Add a shipping profile option in order to create an Etsy shipping policy
On the Create shipping profile popup window, under the Shipping prices drop down, select between:
Calculate them for me (Recommended)
I'll enter fixed prices manually
