Shipping Rate Tables are a feature offered by eBay to quickly set shipping charges and surcharges (if desired). If you opted into the eBay Guaranteed Delivery Program with the Door to Door option, you can apply rate tables onto your items. Shipping rate tables can only be applied to services with a Flat shipping type.

NOTE: If you use eBay Business Policies, assign your rate tables to you shipping business policy directly through eBay.
