Learn How To Connect Your BigCommerce Store With SellerChamp.

Login to the BigCommerce dashboard and remain on the Home screen

From the left-hand side menu options, click on Advanced Settings and then click on API Accounts

From the Store API Accounts page, click on the Create API Account (blue) button, and from the drop-down select the Create V2/ V3 API Token option.

After this:

Under the Name section, enter SellerChamp

Leave API Path as is

Under OAuth Scopes

  • Content: read-only

  • Checkout Content: None

  • Customers: read-only

  • Customers Login: None

  • Information & Settings: read-only

  • Marketing: None

  • Orders: modify

  • Order Transactions: modify

  • Create Payments: None

  • Get Payment Methods: None

  • Products: modify

  • Themes: None

  • Carts: None

  • Checkouts: None

  • Sites & Routes: None

  • Channel Settings: None

  • Channel Listings: modify

  • Storefront API Tokens: None

  • Storefront API Customer Impersonation Tokens: None

Click on the Save (blue) button at the bottom of the page to confirm the settings.

You'll now be presented with the BigCommerce API Credentials popup. Let it remain open as the below fields will be needed to be copied to SellerChamp:

  • Client ID

  • Client Secret

  • Access Token

Now login to SellerChamp

Go within your SellerChamp Settings page

From the menu options on the left-hand side, click on Marketplaces and then BigCommerce.

To the right, click on the blue button that says + Add BigCommerce Account

Under the Add BigCommerce Account page:

Store Name: Give your store a nickname within SellerChamp

The other options going forward will have to be fetched from your BigCommerce dashboard

Store hash: On the BigCommerce dashboard page (where the BigCommerce API Credentials screen is still on), within the URL, you'll observe a set of alphanumeric characters, after the word store-. observe the example below:

https://store-g06I7pyo5m.mybigcommerce.com/manage/settings/auth/create-account

Take this hash of g06I7pyo5m, go into SellerChamp, and paste it under the Store hash section

Client ID, Client Secret, and Access Token is all required to be copied from the BigCommerce page already open.

Simple!

Once done, simply click on the Connect Store button and you're all done.

Your BigCommerce inventory items will now automatically start to become visible within the SellerChamp inventory page.
