IF YOU ARE USING DYMO:

Please make sure the DYMO LabelWriter program is always running in the background. If it isn't start that program and reload your browser. If is still not working then simply go into Settings -> Account Setup and click the 'Print Test Label' button. That should do the trick.

IF YOU ARE USING ZEBRA:

Please make sure the 'Browser Print' program is always running in the background. If it isn't start that program and reload your browser. If is still not working then simply go into Settings -> Account Setup and click the 'Print Test Label' button. That should do the trick.
