Reason:

Order for a FBA item, placed from another marketplace, cannot be fulfilled by Amazon.

Resolution:

Yes, there are errors in the catalog entry.

In order to get this resolved:

  • Login to your Amazon seller central

  • Go to your inventory page and find the product.

  • You'll see that it says “errors” on the left hand side of the page.

Edit it and correct those errors.

It could be a number of things such as:

  • Missing description

  • Browse node

  • Bad image and so on

You may need to make the changes and then contact Amazon support (depending on what those changes are).
