Fulfillment Error: Item is missing catalog data
Order for a FBA item, placed from another marketplace, cannot be fulfilled by Amazon.
Yes, there are errors in the catalog entry.
In order to get this resolved:
Login to your Amazon seller central
Go to your inventory page and find the product.
You'll see that it says “errors” on the left hand side of the page.
Edit it and correct those errors.
It could be a number of things such as:
Bad image and so on
You may need to make the changes and then contact Amazon support (depending on what those changes are).
