Getting an Error about making certain changes?

Unfortunately eBay doesn’t allow sales tax to change for items that have active offers. In addition they don't allow changes in auction duration as well. And this also applies if the item has active offers on it, because the offer is for it with it's current settings; so they will not allow the listing to change for these reasons.
